Function menus are available for groups of ten or more and you may choose to have a two course menu or a three course menu.

$55 per person, two course

$65 per person, three course

Entrees


Crispy pork belly poached in master stock with sweet potato puree, spinach and caramelised orange and soy dressing

Honey smoked salmon with fettuccine and cherry tomatoes, tossed in dill infused extra virgin olive oil

Chilli fried squid served with a rocket, crispy noodle and shallot salad, palm sugar lime dressing*



Mains


Confit corn-fed chicken thigh with polenta and sage stuffing and caramelised shallot salad, with gremolata jus *

Ocean trout with zucchini and leek gratin and caper beurre noisette

Leek and gruyere tartlet with frisee and broad bean salad, with saffron vinaigrette and beurre monte baby leeks

Wagyu rump marble score 6-8, with pommes anna, roasted black russian tomatoes and bearnaise butter *



Desserts


Crepes with raspberry creme patisserie, warm white chocolate sauce and vanilla liqueur steeped raspberries

Vanilla parfait with rhubarb sauce and apple sauce *

Callebaut chocolate blancmange with grittines and pistachio praline *
